Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries and jam.
Spread filling on 4 slices of bread, then top with remaining slices. Press edges to seal.
In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
Coat each sandwich in egg mixture (and graham cracker crumbs if using).
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Fry sandwiches 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Place on paper towels to remove excess butter. Cut, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
