  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Rubber spatula
  • 1 Parchment paper
  • 1 Baking sheet
  • Measuring spoons/cups

Ingredients

  • 2 large Egg whites Room temperature
  • cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts your choice
  • ¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar helps stabilize egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins

  • ¼ cup Mini marshmallows for extra sweetness
  • ¼ cup Coconut flakes for a tropical twist
  • Chopped almonds or hazelnuts optional nut alternatives

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whip egg whites until foamy.
  • Add cream of tartar, beat to soft peaks.
  • Gradually add sugar, beat to stiff peaks.
  • Mix in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  • Place in oven, turn OFF oven immediately.
  • Leave cookies overnight without opening the door.
