Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Add cream of tartar, beat to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar, beat to stiff peaks.
Mix in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Place in oven, turn OFF oven immediately.
Leave cookies overnight without opening the door.
