Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 banana frozen
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 handful fresh spinach

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds soak 2 min
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Optional Add-ins

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 0.5 cucumber

Instructions

  • Add almond milk, banana, pineapple, and spinach to blender.
  • Let chia seeds soak for 2 minutes.
