Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F
Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla
Mix in flour, sugar, and salt

Caramelize apples in butter & sugar
Remove skillet from oven
Add butter and pour in the batter
Add apples on top of the batter
Bake for 18–22 mins until puffed
Serve immediately while hot
