Ingredients

  • 1 medium pink dragonfruit peeled and chopped
  • 0.25 cup warm water for blending dragonfruit
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 6–8 lemons
  • ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water divided use
  • 1 cup ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Blend dragonfruit with warm water until smooth.
  • Make simple syrup by heating sugar with 1 cup water until dissolved.
  • Combine lemon juice, syrup, and cold water in a pitcher.
  • Strain dragonfruit mixture into the pitcher; stir well.
  • Chill for 2 hours; add ice and garnish before serving.
