Instructions
Blend dragonfruit with warm water until smooth.
Make simple syrup by heating sugar with 1 cup water until dissolved.
Combine lemon juice, syrup, and cold water in a pitcher.
Strain dragonfruit mixture into the pitcher; stir well.
Chill for 2 hours; add ice and garnish before serving.
