Instructions
Press pitted dates into a parchment-lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
Spread peanut butter over dates and sprinkle chopped peanuts.
Melt chocolate (with coconut oil if using) and pour over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until fully set.
Cut into rustic squares and serve.
