Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 packet Frozen acai puree (unsweetened) 100g size, slightly thawed
  • ½ Frozen banana Chopped for easier blending
  • ¼ cup Frozen mixed berries Blueberries and strawberries preferred
  • 2–3 tablespoon Coconut milk or almond milk Adjust for thickness
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness

Toppings

  • ¼ cup Granola Any brand or homemade
  • ½ Fresh banana Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh strawberries Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Almond butter or peanut butter Drizzled on top

Optional Superfood Boosters

  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp hearts Optional
  • Cacao nibs Optional
  • Goji berries Optional
  • Fresh mint leaves For garnish

Instructions

  • Let acai puree thaw slightly and prepare all frozen fruit and liquid.
  • Place serving bowl in freezer for 5 minutes to keep mixture cold.
  • Add acai, banana, berries, and 2 tablespoon liquid to blender.
  • Blend until thick and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
  • Let blended mixture rest 60 seconds to firm up.
  • Pour into chilled bowl and smooth the surface.
  • Arrange toppings in sections and drizzle nut butter last.
