Ingredients

Instructions
Wash and chop cucumbers into chunks.
Blend cucumbers, mint, and 2 cups cold water until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine-mesh strainer.
Add lime juice, remaining water, and salt. Stir well.
Sweeten to taste with honey or agave if desired.
Serve over ice with mint or lime garnish.
