  • 1 Fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth
  • 1 Large glass pitcher
  • 1 Citrus Juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 large English cucumbers peeled if not organic
  • ½ cup Fresh lime juice from about 4–5 limes
  • 6–8 Fresh mint leaves whole leaves
  • 4 cups Cold water divided into 2 cups + 2 cups
  • 2–3 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Fine sea salt helps enhance hydration
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Wash and chop cucumbers into chunks.
  • Blend cucumbers, mint, and 2 cups cold water until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine-mesh strainer.
  • Add lime juice, remaining water, and salt. Stir well.
  • Sweeten to taste with honey or agave if desired.
  • Serve over ice with mint or lime garnish.
