Ingredients

  • ½ oz Bow tie pasta or rigatoni
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper freshly ground, to taste
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese optional, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh herbs rosemary, thyme, or basil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Cook pasta until al dente, drain and let cool.
  • Toss pasta with olive oil.
  • Add seasonings and mix well.
  • Spread pasta on parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes, flip, then bake 8-10 more.
  • (Optional) Add Parmesan cheese during the last 3 minutes of baking.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes on a wire rack before serving.
