Instructions
Whisk eggs, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Submerge bread slices in custard for 2–3 minutes per side.
Pan-fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown.
Spread sugar-butter mixture on top, then broil for 1–2 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.
Top with fresh berries, powdered sugar, maple syrup, or whipped cream.
