Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup coconut cream
  • 0.25 cup whole milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • whipped cream for topping, optional
  • toasted coconut flakes & pineapple wedge for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into tall glasses, top with whipped cream and garnish if desired. Serve with a thick straw.
