  • 2 Lemons Zest and juice
  • 4 Garlic cloves Minced
  • cup Olive oil Extra virgin
  • ½ cup Fresh basil Chopped, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup Pine nuts Toasted, optional
  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • Red pepper flakes Optional, for a little heat

Instructions

  • Boil pasta in salted water
  • Reserve pasta water
  • Mix feta, lemon, garlic, oil
  • Toss pasta with feta mixture
  • Add basil, season, and serve
