Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 2 pounds Ground beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers Crushed
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Onion Finely diced
  • 0.5 cup Green bell pepper Optional
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Glaze

  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Crush crackers, chop vegetables, and shred cheese.
  • Combine meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Shape mixture into a loaf and place on rack.
  • Whisk and spread half the glaze on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, glaze again, bake 15–20 minutes more.
  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
