Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 6 oz each
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Optional Garnish

  • As desired Extra fresh herbs
  • As desired Lemon wedges
  • As desired Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Mix butter, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet; sear chicken until golden.
  • Flip chicken and cook until 165°F internal temperature.
  • Top with cowboy butter sauce immediately after cooking.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
