Instructions
Mix butter, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet; sear chicken until golden.
Flip chicken and cook until 165°F internal temperature.
Top with cowboy butter sauce immediately after cooking.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
