Instructions
Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over water and letting it sit for 5–10 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, heat coconut milk, coconut cream, and sugar over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Stir in the bloomed gelatin (or agar-agar) and vanilla extract. Mix until fully dissolved.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to ensure a smooth texture.
Pour the panna cotta mixture into ramekins or jars. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
Unmold or serve in jars, topped with mango, passion fruit, toasted coconut, or toppings of your choice.
