Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut milk Full-fat for creamy texture
  • 1 cup Coconut cream Adds richness
  • cup Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Gelatin powder Or agar-agar for vegan option
  • 3 tablespoon Water To bloom gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances flavor

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh mango slices
  • Passion fruit pulp
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Berry coulis
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over water and letting it sit for 5–10 minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan, heat coconut milk, coconut cream, and sugar over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Stir in the bloomed gelatin (or agar-agar) and vanilla extract. Mix until fully dissolved.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to ensure a smooth texture.
  • Pour the panna cotta mixture into ramekins or jars. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Unmold or serve in jars, topped with mango, passion fruit, toasted coconut, or toppings of your choice.
