Instructions
Zest the limes using a microplane and juice them with a citrus juicer. Strain juice through a fine-mesh strainer.
In a large pitcher, whisk together the coconut milk and coconut water until smooth.
Add lime zest and a pinch of sea salt to the pitcher for a flavor boost.
Slowly stir in the fresh lime juice while whisking to combine.
Add honey or agave syrup and whisk until fully mixed and dissolved.
Pour in cold water and stir to dilute to the right consistency.
Add ice and let the drink chill for at least 10 minutes.
Garnish with lime slices, toasted coconut, or mint leaves before serving.
