Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add eggs and warm milk; mix into a dough.
Knead 8–10 min until smooth.
Add butter in batches, knead until elastic.
Cover, rise 2 hrs, punch down, refrigerate overnight.
Shape into loaf or rolls, rise until doubled.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 min until golden.
