Ingredients
For the Blondie Base

cup (2 sticks)
unsalted butter, melted
cooled slightly

brown sugar, packed
light or dark

spooned & leveled

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping

granulated sugar
for the top crust

ground cinnamon
freshly ground preferred

melted butter
brushed on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until combined.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just mixed.
Spread batter evenly into pan.
Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are golden and center is soft.
Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
