Instructions
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Whisk butter, milk, egg, and vanilla in another bowl.
Fold wet into dry until just combined.
Pour batter into pan, brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to rack.
