Ingredients
The Cookie Dough:

all-purpose flour

ground cinnamon

baking soda

salt

unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

granulated sugar

cup
packed brown sugar
2
large eggs
2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
The Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
¼
cup
granulated sugar

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients: Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Cream wet ingredients:
Beat butter and both sugars until fluffy
Add eggs one at a time
Mix in vanilla
Combine:
Add dry ingredients to wet
Mix until just combined
Make coating:
Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl
Shape & coat:
Roll dough into 1½-inch balls
Roll in cinnamon sugar
Bake:
Space cookies 2 inches apart
Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are set
Centers will look soft
Cool:
Rest 5 minutes on baking sheet
Transfer to wire rack
