Ingredients

French Toast Base

  • 8 slices Brioche bread Day-old preferred
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Whole milk
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Churro Filling

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Flour

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Butter For cooking

Instructions

  • Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and flour to make filling.
  • Cut pockets into bread slices and stuff with filling.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, and salt.
  • Dip stuffed bread in egg mixture.
  • Cook on buttered skillet until golden.
  • Roll hot toast in cinnamon sugar.
