Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 6 ramekins.
  • Melt chocolate and butter together.
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla in separate bowl.
  • Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
  • Fold in flour and salt.
  • Pour into ramekins.
  • Bake 12-14 minutes until edges set but center jiggly.
  • Rest 1 minute before serving.
