Ingredients

  • 2 large Flour tortillas or spinach wraps
  • 8 oz Grilled chicken breast sliced thin, or rotisserie
  • 1 large Ripe avocado sliced
  • 2 cups Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves washed and dried
  • 1 medium Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoon Creamy ranch dressing or avocado spread
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled, optional
  • Fresh herbs cilantro or parsley

Instructions

  • Slice chicken.
  • Mash avocado.
  • Spread dressing or avocado on the tortilla.
  • Layer chicken on the tortilla.
  • Add veggies, cheese, herbs, and seasonings.
  • Fold the wrap tightly.
  • Cut diagonally and serve.
