Ingredients

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined, then knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll dough into a 12-inch circle and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheeses on top. Add oregano and garlic powder.
Brush the crust edges with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil and optional ricotta.
