Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 1 Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 Garlic cloves Fresh, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs Dried
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper Optional, flakes

Cheese Topping

  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and place pizza stone inside.
  • Roll out dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  • Transfer to baking sheet or stone, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Combine melted butter, minced garlic, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
  • Let mixture sit for 2–3 minutes then brush generously over dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over dough.
  • Add garlic powder and ensure cheese nearly reaches crust edges.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese bubbles and crust is golden.
  • Remove, sprinkle with parsley, rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
