Instructions
Cut a round in the center of each bread slice with a cookie cutter or glass. Heat skillet over medium and melt butter.
Toast bread in butter until golden on one side.
Flip slices and crack eggs into the cut-outs.
Sprinkle cheese around the egg and over whites.
Cover skillet with lid and cook until whites are set and cheese melts.
Garnish with chives, season, and serve hot with hot sauce if desired.
