Ingredients

  • Cinnamon Pinch, optional
  • teaspoon Lavender buds optional
  • Coconut milk or oat milk Dairy-free version option

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil and steep chamomile tea for 8–10 minutes, stir in honey.
  • Heat milk until steaming, froth or whisk.
  • Pour tea concentrate into mug, add steamed milk, top with foam.
  • Garnish with cinnamon or lavender if desired.
