Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Process oats and nuts until finely ground
  • Add dates and process into paste
  • Mix in carrots and spices
  • Form into 12 balls
  • Roll in coconut if desired
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
