Ingredients
For the Simple Base

For the Apple Cheesecake Filling

Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in diced apples, cinnamon, and caramel sauce. Pour mixture over the baked crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until center is almost set. Cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
Drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving. Cut into 12 bars.
