Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips high-quality recommended
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon lemon zest finely grated
  • 3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar

  • crushed graham crackers
  • white chocolate for dipping
  • lemon zest garnish on top

Instructions

  • Melt & mix base ingredients until smooth
  • Stir in lemon juice, zest, salt, and vanilla
  • Add powdered sugar and chill until firm
  • Scoop and roll into balls
  • Coat with choice of toppings or dip in white chocolate
  • Chill again to set coating
