Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls slider-sized
  • 8 large Eggs scrambled
  • 12 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Butter melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Ham diced, optional
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped, optional
  • ¼ cup Bell peppers diced, optional
  • 2 tablespoon Cream cheese optional, for extra creaminess
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted, for glaze
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder for glaze
  • ½ teaspoon Dried herbs optional, for glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), cook bacon, scramble eggs.
  • Slice – Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, keep connected.
  • Layer – Add eggs, bacon, cheese on bottom rolls.
  • Top – Place roll tops over fillings.
  • Glaze – Brush with butter, garlic, herbs.
  • Bake – Cover with foil, bake 12–15 minutes.
  • Serve – Cool slightly, cut and enjoy warm.
