  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs Oregano,basil, or mixed Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking and brushing dough

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook breakfast meat until fully cooked but not crispy.
  • Dice bell peppers and onions; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  • Grate cheese if using block cheese.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread scrambled egg mixture over the dough.
  • Add cooked meat and sautéed vegetables.
  • Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
  • Sprinkle with Italian herbs for extra flavor.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
