Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice croissants horizontally without cutting all the way through.
Warm croissants in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
Cook bacon or ham in a skillet until crispy or warmed through.
Melt butter in a pan and scramble eggs until soft and fluffy.
Season eggs with salt and black pepper.
Assemble sandwiches: Layer ham, eggs, and cheese inside the croissant.
Wrap in foil and place in oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese (optional).
