Ingredients

  • 4-5 Fresh Lemons Juiced, seeds removed
  • ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk Room temperature
  • 4 cups Cold Water Divided use
  • Ice Cubes For blending and serving
  • Mint Leaves Optional garnish
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar Optional, to adjust sweetnes

Instructions

  • Wash, roll, and cut lemons; remove seeds.
  • Squeeze lemons; strain juice if needed.
  • Blend lemon juice, condensed milk, 1 cup water, and ice until frothy.
  • Pour into pitcher; add remaining water and stir.
  • Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice with mint garnish.
