Wet Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup Buttermilk Room temperature
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries ¾ cup if using frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Flour For coating blueberries
  • Powdered sugar For dusting
  • Blueberry glaze Optional

Blueberry Glaze

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Blueberry jam
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prep donut pan.
  • Coat blueberries with flour.
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Whisk wet ingredients.
  • Combine wet and dry, fold in blueberries.
  • Fill donut pan ⅔ full.
  • Bake 12–15 mins until golden.
  • Cool 5 mins, glaze or dust.
