Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Cream of coconut Not coconut milk; must be thick & sweet
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice Freshly squeezed recommended
  • 2.5 tablespoon Blue curaçao syrup Non-alcoholic version
  • 1 cup Crushed ice
  • Pineapple wedge For garnish
  • Maraschino cherry For garnish
  • tablespoon Simple syrup Optional; if a sweeter taste is preferred

Instructions

  • Chill juice and coconut; prep garnishes.
  • Combine juice, coconut, and lime juice in blender.
  • Add blue syrup and crushed ice; pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry. Serve cold.
