Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Full-fat for creaminess
  • 2 large Eggs Bind and add custard texture
  • 3 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Pure vanilla preferred
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances flavor

Optional Toppings

  • ½ cup Fresh berries Optional topping
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced almonds or walnuts Optional topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl until slightly frothy.
  • Add yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt; whisk until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into dish and bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center barely jiggles.
  • Let cool 10 minutes, then top with berries, nuts, and a drizzle of honey before serving.
