Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats use certified gluten-free if needed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or unflavored
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg or flax egg for vegan
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for vegan
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup berries fresh or frozen; optional
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease bowl.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients; combine with dry; fold in mix-ins.
  • Pour into bowl; bake 18-22 min until set.
  • Cool 2-3 min; top as desired.
