- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for brownie version
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: berries nut butter, chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Blend oats until they reach a flour-like consistency
Add remaining ingredients to blender
Blend until smooth (30-60 seconds)
Pour into greased 8-oz ramekin
Add optional toppings
Bake 18-22 minutes until set
Cool 5 minutes before serving
