Instructions
Cut and dry salmon
Prepare flour, egg, and panko bowls
Coat salmon in flour, egg, then panko
Let breaded salmon sit 5 minutes
Preheat air fryer to 400°F

Air fry salmon for 8–10 min
Shake basket halfway through
Check internal temp (145°F)
Rest salmon for 2 min before serving
