Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Salmon fillets Skinless, fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil Mix into panko
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion powder

Optional Boosters

  • 1 tablespoon Honey For hot honey version
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper For spicy bites
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs Dill, parsley, or thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Mix into panko for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Cut and dry salmon
  • Prepare flour, egg, and panko bowls
  • Coat salmon in flour, egg, then panko
  • Let breaded salmon sit 5 minutes
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F
  • Lightly spray basket with oil
  • Air fry salmon for 8–10 min
  • Shake basket halfway through
  • Check internal temp (145°F)
  • Rest salmon for 2 min before serving
