Instructions
Thaw puff pastry, prepare melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Roll out pastry, brush with butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar, fold, slice into strips, twist.
Arrange twists in air fryer basket with space, cook for 5-6 minutes, flip, brush with butter, sprinkle more sugar, cook 3-4 more minutes.
Cool on a wire rack, optionally drizzle glaze after cooling slightly.
