Ingredients

ripe avocados
mashed until smooth

large eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash avocados, then mix in eggs.
Add oat flour and stir until just combined.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Pour into pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and firm.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then on wire rack.
Slice and serve warm or at room temp.
